About

I’m a coach supporting women navigating life transitions. This may be relationship endings, loss, career changes, burnout or moments where life no longer feels aligned.My work creates a supportive space to pause, reflect and reconnect with what matters most to you as you move into the next chapter of your life.Before becoming a coach, I spent over a decade in social work, specialising in supporting people through trauma and complex life situations. I’m trained in yoga and hold coaching qualifications as well as a child protection certificate focusing on attachment, development and positive outcomes for children. These experiences give me a deep understanding of how to guide women navigating major life transitions.My approach combines reflective journaling, coaching conversations and somatic exercises, helping you explore what you are leaving behind, clarifying your values and designing your next chapter in life with confidence and intention. I aim to create a warm, safe and quiet space for reflection and growth whether in workshops or 1:1 coaching.
